The SA Free Flame Championships is a truly South African event that will see teams and individuals compete in four disciplines, including potjie, braai, American style barbeque and shisa nyama. Winners of the various disciplines will be selected to represent South Africa in the World BBQ Championships 2017, due to be held in Ireland.
Come enjoy your favourite brew or experience a few new ones while you listen to special braai and beer themed discussions from world-class braai and brew masters.
For something a little bit different, head over to a separate interactive and experiential kitchen zone where the focus will be on the preparation and cooking of other traditional South African dishes.
